- You should stop using our website and you should not attend tantra workshop and you should not attend our zoom satsanga if your sentiments or conditionings are hurt.
- Guruji has his own rebellious consciousness and he will speak as per his freedom of expression in personal domain of zoom satsanga where you are an invitee and you agree to be bound by our terms which will be shared by you from time to time. Our liability will remain negligible in any manner, in this context.
6. Terms and conditions regarding Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guru Purna Vistar,
disciples of Guru who become your points of contact, its officers, directors, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses
arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website and your interaction with us for the purpose of attending zoom Satsanga.
7. About contribution amount given
You are taking part in the workshop of Tantra by your own choice.
You have agreed to donate for it.
This is like a spiritual donation.
Please note that this is a voluntary contribution from you to avail the precious time of Guruji on Zoom and to be eligible to attend any upcoming program.
Take a note of this.
The amount shared will not be refunded under any circumstances.
8. Terms and conditions About Zoom dialogue
Zoom is a mandatory part of Tantra workshop or in other words, Zoom dialogue in itself is the real Tantra intimacy workshop.
You agree to be bound by all the rules we announce and reveal to you in this regard.
We reserve the right to amend any existing rule or amend any prior direction given as we find appropriate and the guidelines plus directions can evolve from time to time and you agree to accept them without any resistance.
If you misbehave in any manner with other members on zoom or with Guruji which may involve threatening, abuse, sexual remarks but not limited to this,
then, you will be expelled out of zoom and you will not be allowed to come back.
You agree to follow all the rules for zoom meeting which will be shared with you , once you join us.
By joining zoom you agree to let go of the worry of booking tickets to reach your event venue as the booking will be handled by us.
If Guruji is not happy with your attendance or your performance, then, your program can be postponed in the future.
The Guru reserves the right to change the date of your program for any reason. No objections will be accepted in this regard, and you are bound to abide by the Guru’s decision.
Guruji can also give certain directions/tasks/assignments/order monetary contributions as a part of relationship to Guruji as well as dedication to the cause of spiritual journey and you are bound to accept them and complete them, if you wish to attend the offline program and continue the zoom Satsanga/zoom love dialogue.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Terms and conditions regarding Dispute Resolution
Notably, Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Institutions established by law in India.
11. Changes to These Terms and conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Also, We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and conditions on our website and updating the effective date.

आप गुरु पूर्ण विस्तार, गुरु के शिष्यों, जो आपके संपर्क बिंदु बन जाते हैं, उसके अधिकारियों, निदेशकों को किसी भी दावे, देनदारियों, क्षति, हानि और व्यय से क्षतिपूर्ति करने, बचाव करने और हानिरहित रखने के लिए सहमत हैं, जो ज़ूम सत्संग में भाग लेने के उद्देश्य से हमारी वेबसाइट के आपके उपयोग और हमारे साथ आपकी बातचीत से उत्पन्न या किसी भी तरह से जुड़े हैं।
7. भेजी गई राशि के बारे में
आप अपनी इच्छा से तंत्र की कार्यशाला में भाग ले रहे हैं।
आपने इसके लिए एक धनराशि दान करने पर सहमति व्यक्त की है।
यह एक आध्यात्मिक दान जैसा है ।
आप इसे भली भांति समझ लें कि धनराशि ,गुरूजी के मूल्यवान समय को ग्रहण करने के लिए ,आपकी योग्यता का आधार है और आगे किसी भी ऑफलाइन कार्यक्रम के लिए, आगे की आपकी संभावित योग्यता का भी आधार है |
इसीलिए आपके द्वारा दिया गया दान किसी भी सूरत में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा |
8. ज़ूम संवाद के बारे में
ज़ूम, तंत्र कार्यशाला का एक अनिवार्य हिस्सा है, या यूँ कहें कि ज़ूम संवाद ही वास्तविक तंत्र अंतरंगता/आत्मीयता कार्यशाला है।
आप इस संबंध में हमारे द्वारा घोषित और प्रकट किए गए सभी नियमों से बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत हैं।
हम किसी भी मौजूदा नियम को संशोधित करने या किसी भी पूर्व निर्देश को संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, जैसा कि हम उचित समझते हैं |
हमारे दिशा निर्देश समय-समय पर बदलते रह सकते हैं और आप उन्हें बिना किसी प्रतिरोध के स्वीकार करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
यदि आप ज़ूम पर अन्य सदस्यों या गुरुजी के साथ किसी भी तरह से दुर्व्यवहार करते हैं, जिसमें धमकी, दुर्व्यवहार,गाली देना, यौन टिप्पणी शामिल हो सकती है,
लेकिन यह यहीं तक सीमित नहीं है, तो आपको ज़ूम से निष्कासित कर दिया जाएगा और आपको वापस आने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
आप ज़ूम मीटिंग के सभी नियमों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत हैं, जो आपके साथ साझा किए जाएंगे, एक बार जब आप हमसे जुड़ जाते हैं।
ज़ूम में आने के बाद आप अपने कार्यक्रम स्थल तक पहुँचने के लिए बुक किये जाने वाले टिकट की फ़िक्र छोड़ देने को सहमत हैं क्योंकि बुकिंग व्यवस्था हमारे द्वारा कर दी जाएगी |
इस संबंध में उल्लेखनीय है कि जैसे विश्वविद्यालय एक खास उपस्थिति के बिना आपको परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं देते ,
वैसे ही ऑफलाइन कार्यक्रम में आने की आपकी योग्यता सिर्फ रुपया देने से नहीं होगी |
इसके लिए आपको ज़ूम मीटिंग {zoom meeting } में लगातार हमारे निर्देशानुसार उपस्थित रहना होगा |
Zoom नियमों का पालन न करने की सूरत में आपका कार्यक्रम गुरु पूर्ण विस्तार द्वारा आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है , शिविर की तारीख बदली जा सकती है और आप इस बारे में गुरु पूर्ण विस्तार के हर आदेश-निर्देश का पालन करने हेतु बाध्य होंगे |
किसी विशेष परिस्थिति में गुरु पूर्ण विस्तार कार्यक्रम रद्द करने का अधिकार रखते हैं |
गुरु पूर्ण विस्तार आपको संवाद के दौरान अगर योग्य नहीं पाते हैं, तो आपके कार्यक्रम की तिथि आगे बढ़ाई जा सकती है |
गुरु पूर्ण विस्तार किसी भी कारण से आपके कार्यक्रम की तिथि बदलने का अधिकार रखते हैं, इस संबंध में किसी विरोध को स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता है और गुरूजी का निर्णय मानने को आप बाध्य हैं |
अगर आप ऑफलाइन कार्यक्रम में आने के इच्छुक हैं और ज़ूम संवाद में भाग लेते रहने के इच्छुक हैं तो आप उन कार्यों ,जो गुरूजी द्वारा दिए गए हैं या लक्ष्य या परीक्षा जो गुरूजी लेने वाले हैं जिसमें आर्थिक योगदान भी हो सकता है — को स्वीकार करने और उन्हें पूरा करने हेतु बाध्य हैं | ; ये इसीलिए ज़रूरी है जिससे आपका गुरूजी के प्रति प्रेम और आध्यात्मिक यात्रा के लिए समर्पण का पता चले |
9 शासी कानून
ये शर्तें भारतीय क्षेत्राधिकार के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्यायित की जाएंगी, इसके कानून के सिद्धांतों के टकराव की परवाह किए बिना।
भारत के जिन नगरों में हम निवास करते हैं , वहां के न्यायालयों में इनका निस्तारण किया जाएगा |
10 विवाद समाधान से संबंधित नियम और शर्तें
